Puakea to introduce Yo-Golf
Yo-Golf, Created by LPGA Teaching Professional Kiyoko Sieradzki, is a unique way to improve your golf game as well as your overall health.
Using yoga poses and techniques, golfers increase balance, strength, flexibility, and concentration.
These attributes translate into better performance, increased driving distance and more consistent striking. Introduction to Yo-Golf is on August 2 from 10:15-11:15 a.m. at Puakea Golf Course.
Bring a beach towel and your bottled water. Kiyoko is offering a special $5 discount to all who attend this session.

Little league seeks volunteers
Kawaihau Community Little League is seeking volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors 2003-2004.
