The Princeville Resort has been awarded the prestigious American Automobile Association’s (AAA) Four-Diamond Award for 2003.
Since its reopening in October, 1993, the hotel has been recognized with this award each year.
The Four-Diamond Award is bestowed only on properties recognized for a high degree of guest service and hospitality, as well as a variety of amenities.
The award signifies the Princeville Resort’s commitment to excellence, said General Manager Kelly Hoen.
Annually, AAA inspectors make unannounced visits to hotels, resorts and restaurants in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Mexico.
The hotels and resorts are rated in several criteria, including management, staff, housekeeping, maintenance, room decor, guest services and facilities.
“We are very proud to be honored with this award once again,” said Hoen.
“Working together as a team to ensure the ultimate in guest satisfaction is our goal at the Princeville Resort,” she said.
“It takes every staff member’s genuine efforts to garner an award of this caliber,” she said.
“Our motto, ‘We make everything we do match the view, with aloha,’ is a true reflection of this recognition,” she said.
