Today is the last day to register for the special election set for Saturday, Nov. 30.
Voters in Hawai’i’s Second Congressional District will decide who will fill the unexpired term of the late Congresswoman Patsy Mink.
Completed voter registration forms must be turned in to the County of Kaua’i Elections Division by 4:30 p.m., or be postmarked by midnight if mailed.
All currently registered voters in the Second Congressional District are eligible to vote in the special election. As of this week there are 347,228 voters registered in the district, which is comprised of all the Neighbor Islands plus sections of Leeward and Windward O’ahu, plus O’ahu’s North Shore.

To vote in the State of Hawai’i you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Hawai’i and at least 18 years old.
