Crossing Rice Street

A pedestrian negotiates through Rice Street traffic on Tuesday morning trying to reach either the Lihue Post Office, or Bank of Hawai’i. Pedestrians are reminded that the location of the former crosswalk located in front of the post office has been relocated to either the E’iwa Street, or Haleko Street intersections.
