Bonnie Salter, 22, has shoulder-length blond hair, blue eyes, is five foot three inches tall, and weighs 110 pounds with a slim build.
A fair-skinned Caucasian who may have worked on her tan while here, Salter’s 22nd birthday was last week.
A missing-person case has been opened, and the Kaua’i Police Department is seeking any information anyone might have on her whereabouts.
