What team is hot and who seems to be the best in the State? Few preseason tournaments and a vague glimpse of outer-island competition effect the polls, and so it really is no one’s fault if any team gets neglected.
No Kaua’i teams made the preseason top 23, but no one should be upset. It’s only the beginning of the season, and if any three of the KIF teams show they have the ability, they will be recognized later in the season.
