Crimestoppers is seeking the public’s help to locate a California man who has been convicted of felony sex offenses against minors of both genders.
Kaua’i Police said Charles Shawn Thomas, aka Shawn Thomas, convicted of a crime committed in San Francisco, is sought on a parole revocation.
Thomas is believed to be on one of the Hawaiian islands.
Thomas, 31, is five feet eight inches tall.
His weight fluctuates from between 130 and 180 pounds and he has been known to shave his head. Thomas is also slightly cross-eyed.
Thomas favors a mustache on occasion and has blue eyes and blond hair.
Police say Thomas may be armed.
There are possible witness sightings of Thomas on Kaua’i on the Northshore on Wednesday October 24.
