10:05 a.m. A motorcyclist was struck by a vehicle on Kuhio Highway in the Kapa’a area. Injury information was unavailable.
4:46 p.m. A California woman saw a dog in Lihu’e with its muzzle duct-taped shut.
5:03 p.m. A tourist from Sweden reported her backpack was stolen on Haena Beach.
