PO’IPU — Lily Millare and Benita Fostanes have been recognized as Po’ipu Bay
Golf Course’s Employees of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2000.
Po’ipu Bay’s quarterly employee awards are based on nominations made by
department supervisors, commending employees in the areas of attendance,
conscientiousness, attitude, efficiency, innovation, guest service and aloha
spirit.
Millare works in the Po’ipu Bay pro shop. Her supervisor, Joey
Castillo, describes her as “a very pleasant person to work with. She carries a
smile all day long.”
Fostanes, who works in the maintenance department, has
been with Po’ipu Bay since 1993, and has achieved an exemplary work attendance
record. In addition, her supervisor, C.J. Rebb, says Fostanes has a jovial
attitude and is always willing to perform her assigned duties without
complaint.
Millare and Fostanes received a variety of gifts as part of
their awards, and they are recognized on a plaque that is displayed at the
Po’ipu Bay clubhouse.
