Anyone who knows his subjects, Mr. Culberton and Ms. Dalton,
know that they work tirelessly, year after year to keep Kauai from turning into
Honolulu. Quotes in news articles often take statements out of context and
slant them. These people are not anti development, they just want it to
enhance, not harm the quality of our island and community. Many things Mr. Weir
said about Ms. Dalton’s actions are not so. Perhaps he was misinformed.
Since we were all created by the same force that put the stars in the sky and
made the ocean blue, lets all regard each other with kindness and respect as we
work together to care for this land that we love.
