If you had a magic wand, what would you do with Kauai?

A. I would turn it back to the way it used to be in the good old days. Just locals hanging out.
B. I would create utopia and everyone would get along and be filled with joy, peace and harmony.
C. I would leave it alone. Someone with a magic wand would just make a mess of things.
