Thanksgiving revelers can work off the calories ahead of the turkey meal at the Old Town Kapaa Turkey Trot.
The free Turkey Trot is an informal 5K, 10K, fun walk, run, or bicycle ride on the multi-use path, starting and finishing at the Kapaa Beach Park.
Check-in is 6:45 a.m., Nov. 28 with the start at 7:30 a.m.
Contributions of nonperishable food for Hale Hoomalu, or monetary contributions to the Kauai Path, will be accepted.
