Alicia Coller
Alicia Peruda Coller, born on March 3, 1928, in Kawayan, Biliran Province, Leyte, in the Philippines, died on May 30, 2014. She was 86 years old. She retired as a Nurse’s aide from Mahelona Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her hanai parents Innocenta and Santos Sobrete, her brother Eugenio Peruda and son, Louis Coller.
She is survived by her husband Richard W. Coller; daughters, Margarite (Kent) Coller-Kaui, Ann (Kevin) Arnold, Katherine (Perry) Alisna, Susan (Dennis) Akutagawa, Claire, and Ruth (Mark) Forbes, and sons, James, William (Roxanne), Mark, and Patrick (Yukimi) Coller. Twenty grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Family and Friends may visit with the Family on Friday, June 6, 2014, at St. Catherine’s Parish. Viewing from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Rosary will begin at 9:15 a.m. with Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Kealia. Family suggests Aloha Attire.

Kazuo Miura
Kazuo Miura of Lihue passed away on May 27, 2014 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at age 88. Born on June 12, 1925 in Lihue, Kauai, he was an Electrician with R. Electric.
He is preceded in death by his wife Mitsuyo Miura, parents, Masaichi and Teru Miura, brothers, Jack Eiso Miura and Masayoshi Miura, and sister, Margaret Kurayuki.
He is survived by his sons, Malcolm (Janice) Miura of Washington and Ronald Miura of Kapaa, daughter, Trudy (Jose) Estrada of Hanamaulu, and brother, Magoichi Miura. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Jenkin (Laura) Estrada of Lihue, Audrey (Kazu) Hernandez of Japan, Bransyn Estrada of Hanamaulu, Jared Estrada of Hanamaulu, Jonathan (Diane) Miura of Oregon, Cassie (Ander) Miura-Erickson of Michigan, Dylan Miura of Kapaa, Kobi Miura of Kapaa, nine great-grandchildren, Keyrsten Pikini-Estrada, Kaya Estrada, Azlyn Hernandez, Ailah Hernandez, Aulia Hernandez, Matthew Estrada, Olivia Estrada, Keoni Miura and Kainoa Miura, numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, June 6th 2014, 10:00 am, at Kauai Veterans Cemetery Pavilion.
