Pua Loke Street partially closed Thursday
LIHUE — Pua Loke Street, between Haleko Road and Kaumualii Highway, will be closed from 7:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday to accommodate the Department of Water’s 12th annual Make a Splash with Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) Festival.
