Nancy Kanna said Thursday was Red Nose Day, part of which helps the Boys & Girls Club. She couldn’t resist doing a selfie with LaVerne Bessert of the Kauai Habitat for Humanity (congratulations to the six homeowners who had their projects blessed, Friday!).
Earlier, she even did one with Gov. David Ige during the Kauai Chamber of Commerce Governor’s Luncheon at the Kauai Marriott Resort and Beach Club.
Mark Perriello said this was one of the biggest Governor’s Luncheon the chamber has hosted, and it was nice to run into Randy Kozerski (Saturday, Art Tsuha was golfing at Kukuiolono while looking for Ron Horoshko who was part of the fundraiser for the Ethan Shell scholarship).
Mark always makes it a point to make sure Carol Manera Texeira and Anna Baudouin get credit for their hard work.
OK, on to the quarterly meeting, June 30 at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa.
