Smoke alarms installed next week
LIHUE — Disaster Services for Kauai will be installing smoke alarms in Lihue and Kapaa starting at 10 a.m. on Sunday and Monday. Dan Abadilla and his Team Rubicon will assist and the group has six homes currently lined up.
