Kremlin: Russia election boycott campaign may be illegal

Supporters of incumbent Vladimir Putin vote to officially nominate him for presidency in Moscow, Russia, Tuesday. Putin is set to easily win a fourth term in office in the March 18 election, with his approval ratings topping 80 percent.

MOSCOW — The Kremlin hinted Tuesday at possible legal repercussions for Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny over his calls for a boycott of the March presidential election.
