This undated photo provided by the Iron County Sheriff’s Office shows the remnants of one of several burned out cabins built a Utah survivalist in the wilderness outside the ski resort town of Brian Head, Utah. The man’s stockpiles of guns, grenades and food were discovered when a wildfire burned through the area this summer.

A doomsday-fearing Utah man in his 80s spent more than 30 years building a stockpile of guns, grenades and food in scattered bunkers and cabins he illegally built in the wilderness, a Utah sheriff’s office said Friday.
