HONOLULU — After a two-year suspension due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the state Legislature has decided to resume awarding grants-in-aid during the 2022 legislative session.
In 2019, the most recent year that grants were awarded, 155 grants were awarded totaling $10,495,000 in operating grants and $19,946,000 in capital improvement project grants.
