Conchita Guillermo
Conchita Guillermo passed away on Sept. 9, 2021, at the age of 63 at Garden Isle Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Lihu‘e. She was born on March 23, 1958, in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, Philippines. She worked in the hotel industry as a housekeeper.
She was preceded in death by son Harold Santos.
She is survived by husband Delfin Guillermo, son Michael (Marry Rose) Santos of Pangasinan, Philippines, daughters Jeniffer (Giovani) Santos of Pangasinan, Philippines, daughter-in-law Gerlyn Santos of Pangasinan, Philippines, 10 grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A walk-thru visitation with the family is at Garden Island Mortuary on Saturday, Sept. 25, from 4 to 5 p.m., followed by a celebration of life. The family suggests casual attire and welcomes flowers. Due to COVID-19, social distancing and face masks are required.

Peter Neil Taylor
Father and husband, Peter Neil Taylor, passed away peacefully on Sept. 20, 2021, at 5 p.m., surrounded by family and friends.
A beautiful Hawaiian blessing was spoken over him in his final moments. We’ll miss him very much but know he’s on a great adventure.
In place of flowers, please make donations to Kaua‘i Hospice in his memory.

Jane Arita
Jane Arita passed away on Aug. 19, 2021, at the age of 94, in Lihu‘e. She was born on June 11, 1927. She retired as a teller from First Hawaiian Bank.
She was preceded in death by husband Masa Arita, brother Robert Mukai and sister JoAnn Kessinger.
She is survived by son Alvin (Song) Arita, daughter Arleen (Rob) Edgar, grandchildren Daniel Arita and Leilani Arita (Kevin), sisters Betty Arakawa, Josephine Clevenger and Jean Cuthrell, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at a later date. The family requests no flowers or koden (monetary gifts).

Delfin Fernandez Geronimo
Delfin Fernandez Geronimo passed away Sept. 16, 2021, at the age of 71, at Straub Medical Center. He was born Oct. 15, 1949 in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He retired as a food preparer at ‘Ele‘ele Big Save.
He was preceded in death by parents Teodorico Felix Geronimo and Feliciana Fernandez Geronimo, brother Felipe Geronimo, daughter Eugenia Geronimo Villanueva, and grandchildren Angela Drueg and Angel Dureg.
He is survived by wife Victoria Del Rosario Geronimo, sons David (Nova) Geronimo of ‘Ele‘ele and Roderick Geronimo of ‘Ele‘ele, son-in-law Tito Villanueva of Hanama‘ulu, daughters Maria (Danilo) Coloma of ‘Ele‘ele, Ana Margarita (Crispin) Lugod of the Philippines, Shirley (Darwin) Dureg of ‘Ele‘ele, grandchildren Danielle Marie Coloma, Daisy Coloma, Jessica Villanueva, Jenny Anne Villanueva, Ty Villanueva, Maricris Ritter, Dominic Geronimo, Nadine Geronimo, Ruby Brown, Darvin Dureg, Sherilyn Dureg, Ares Rica Anne Geronimo, Rikaya Anne Geronimo and Amarra Anne Geronimo, brothers Justino (Rebecca) Geronimo of Hilo, Vereno (Vangie) Geronimo of Kaumakani and Marcial (Wilma) Geronimo of ‘Ele‘ele, sisters Norma (Rodrigo) Del Rosario of Washington, Angeles Geronimo Alonzo of Hanama‘ulu, Josephine Geronimo of Kaumakani and Juanita (Steve) Babas of Hilo, and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are at Garden Island Mortuary on Friday, Oct. 1, with visitation from 9 to 11 a.m. followed by a celebration of life and burial at Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. Due to COVID-19 social distancing, face masks, 10 indoor and 25 outdoor policies will apply.
