Pacific Missile Range Facility is limiting base access to response crews and families living on base on Monday as they remove storm preparation precautions put in place ahead of Hurricane Douglas.
PMRF personnel are authorized admin leave for Monday, and should stay at home and off the roads. “CAT 5” mission essential personnel and select response crews may be required to work and will be notified.
Access to the installation today is limited to these crews and families that live on base. Beach access and recreation areas are not available Monday.
Normal work schedule and facility operations will begin Tuesday.
