Should the air tour industry be more regulated?

A. Yes. Too many helicopters in the sky, too dangerous for passengers.
B. No. Current industry standards are adequate, pilots have enough certifications for Kauai flights.
C. Somewhat. Pilots should have instrument certification, flight tracking equipment.
