Darrian Muraoka (her sister graduated Waimea High School a month ago) had her Kekaha Sugar wear on when she got to talk story with Larry’s (he wanted to go to the Kauai Police Department’s 75th anniversary luncheon, but had to get ready for the Kekaha Fourth) uncle Ansalmo Barba about the old days.
Great job to Capt. Vinny Johnson and the Pacific Missile Range Facility at Mana, Pastors Sam Bustillos, Darryl Kua and Buddy Ayudan, Kauai Hospice’s Lori Miller and Trxicia Yamashita, and all of their armies of volunteers who put on great Fourth of July celebrations around the island…mahalo to Stephanie Deng for that aromatic lei, and to Patsy Rapozo for worrying about the cheeseburgers and hot dogs!
