Alejandro G. Rupisan, Jr.Alejandro G. “Al” Rupisan, Jr. of Kalaheo, died
at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Feb. 11, 2000, at the age of 37. Born in Waimea
on Nov. 5, 1962, he was a cook with Hale Koa Hotel.
He is survived by his
companion: Lani Kupau of Kalaheo; two daughters: Rashal Rupisan and Megan
Rupisan, both of Honolulu; his mother: Emilia Rupisan of Kalaheo; his
brother: Stanley Rupisan of Las Vegas, Nev.; his sister: Delia (Daniel) Shin
of Honolulu; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and cousins.
Friends may visit
with the family at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, at the Kalaheo Holy Cross
Catholic Church. A service officiated by Father Keahi will begin at 10 a.m.,
followed by burial at the Hanapepe public cemetery. Casual attire is
suggested.
