I am, and have been a proponent for the same type of speech in all my 30 years on this wonderful rock in the middle of the Pacific. One difference though … I make sure of my facts before inserting foot! For “Liz’s” edification: The island is divided in 10 sectors evenly distributed … so no imbalance of manpower.
Also the “powerful” commissioner she refers to is now a resident of Kapa’a. To any and all I checked with he has never tried to change the balance of coverage.
We all need information but let’s not start a war over misinformation!
