The Kapa’a Pop Warner Association is accepting applications for Coaches and Players for the 2002 Flag Football season. You can pick up application forms at Kapa’a Middle School, Kapa’a Elementary School, Pono Fish Market or call one of the Kapa’a Pop Warner Association Board members.
There will be two Divisions, one will be (5, 6 & 7) year olds and the other (8, 9 &10) year olds There’s a maximum of 24 players per division, so it will be on a first come first serve basis. The first 24 kids in each division who turn in registration with all requirements and fees is guaranteed a spot on the team.
Registration fee will be $35 If paid before or on May 5, 2002. After May 5, the fee will be $40. May 12th is the last day anyone can register. Requirements are Third quarter 2002 report card, doctor’s physical and birth certificate.
