Helen K. Lindley of Lihue, Kauai, died at Hale Kupuna Heritage Home on Oct. 16, 2002 at the age of 94.
Born in Spokane, Washington, on May 17, 1908, she was a Real Estate Broker with Sunset Reality in Kona, Hawaii.
She is survived by two sons, Richard (Maggie) Hinshaw of Kona, Hawaii and James (Charmaine) Wilkinson of CA.; daughter, Diane Raynor of Alaska; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Kathrine Holcombe of Washington State; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private services were held.
Arrangements were handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.
Conchita Tin
Conchita “Daling” Tin of Koloa, Kauai, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Oct. 15, 2002, at the age of 69.
Born in Koloa, Kauai on June 24, 1933, she was a reservation clerk with Kauai Beach Boy Hotel.
She is survived by four sons, Timothy Tin of Koloa, Kauai, Thomas (Cindy) Tin of Kalaheo, Kauai, James Kimo (Earlyn) Tin of Anahola, Kauai and Kahoku Tin of Koloa, Kauai; three daughters, Ruth (Roddy) Kanoa of Kekaha, Kauai, Tamar Tin of Calif., and Theola (Sam) Decosta of Oahu; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother, Dorothia Pedroza of Omao; brother, Andres Pedroza of Calif.; three sisters, Josephine (Lelang) Westwater of Oahu, Bonnie (Bill) Halfacre of Oahu and Carolyn Williams of Kauai; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 9 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, at the Lawai Seventh Day Adventist Church; service officiated by Bishop Vic Ariola will begin at 11 a.m. Aloha attire is suggested.
