Roseline Garcia
Roseline Garcia of Hanama’ulu, Kaua’i, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Nov. 18, 2002 at the age of 87. Born in Hanama’ulu, Kauai on July 11, 1915, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Andrew (Barbara) Garcia of Koloa, Kauai, Stanford Garcia of Hanama’ulu, Kauai and Richard (Barbara) Ebinger of Wailua, Kauai; two daughters, Loretta Kupihea of Anahola, Kauai and Julie Garcia of Anahola, Kauai; 15 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two sister-in-laws, Dora (Jiggs) Cataluna of Hanamaulu, Kauai and Sally Garcia of Hanamaulu; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 9 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 25, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Kalaheo; service officiated by Father Keahi will begin at 10:30 a.m. Followed by burial at the Kealia Saint Catherine’s Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested.

Dionicio Corpuz
Dionicio Corpuz of Lihue, Kauai, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Nov. 18, 2002 at the age of 100. Born in the Philippines, on April 8, 1902, he was a laborer.
He is survived by his wife: Lorencia Corpuz of Lihue; four sons: Milton Corpuz; Clarence (Sharon) Corpuz; Melvin (Laverne) Corpuz; Ronald (Donna) Corpuz; three daughters: Christine Pardua; Patricia (Thomas) Rivera, Paula (Harold) Rosa; one brother: Francisco Corpuz of the Philippines; 24 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Memorial service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. by Father Keahi. Casual attire is suggested.

Vicente Tablizo
Vicente M. Tablizo of Hanamaulu, Kauai, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Nov. 15, 2002 at the age of 61.
Born in Alcala, Pangasinan, Philippines, on April 5, 1941, he was a Tractor Mower Operator with the County of Kauai at Wailua Golf Course. Vicente also worked at Jolly Rogers’ Restaurant as a dishwasher.
He is survived by wife, Angelina E. Ramos-Tablizo; nine sons, Julius E. (Erlinda) Ramos of Hanamaulu, Kauai, Noel C. (Joanne) Tablizo; Edmund (Mary Grace) Tablizo, Rolando Tablizo, Arnold Tablizo, Ronald Tablizo, Roel Tablizo, Vicente Tablizo Jr. and Francis Tablizo all of Angeles City, Pampanga, PI; two daughters, Ana Liza (Rico) Pineda and Chona Tablizo of Angeles City Pampanga, PI.; two brothers, Onofre (Marciana) Tablizo of Bayambang, Philippines and Alfonso (Dorie) Tablizo of Alcala, Pangasinan, Philippines; two sisters, Veronica Sarmiento of Valenzuela, Metro Manila, Philippines and Justiniana (Federico) Alvaro of Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines; hanai brothers: Felix and Godofredo Nerida; step-son, Christopher E. Ramos of Hanamaulu, Kauai; step-daughter, Jennifer E. Ramos of Hanamaulu, Kauai; 10 grandchildren; Uncle: Leo (Lucia) Tablizo of Oakland, CA. numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 9 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 25, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church; mass officiated by Father Paul will begin at 10 a.m. Followed by burial at the Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire is suggested.
