Ricardo M. Ramos
Ricardo M. Ramos of Hanama‘ulu died on June 27, 2005, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 82.
Born in Ilocos Notre, Philippines on Nov. 25, 1922, he retired with the Lihue Sugar Plantation as a mobile irrigation worker.
He is survived by his wife: Estrella Ramos of 60 years; three sons: Elson (Cris) Ramos, Billy (Carol) Ramos, George (Kathleen) Ramos; two daughters: Vicky Ramos and Arleen Ramos; one sister Adelina Flores of the Philippines and one brother; Demetrio (Eusebia) Ramos of Hanapepe, 17 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family was held on Friday, July 1, at Immaculate Conception Church in Kapaia. Mass was celebrated followed by burial at Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Kapaia.
Arrangements are being handled by Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
