The third annual Connie’s Fighters & Survivors Open Men’s Softball Tournament is at the Waimea Canyon Park April 7 9, with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society, organizers said in a press release.
The entry fee is $250 per team, and registration and more information are available by calling Teddy Perreira, 337-9949; Nolan “Aba” Albarado, 338-1065 or 652-2958; or CuCu DeCosta, 338-1159.
The entry deadline is Friday.
“Help us find cures for this deadly disease,” said organizers, who have many members of families and friends who have either died of cancer, have survived cancer, or are battling cancer.
