The members of the Kaua‘i High School Football Boosters and parents of students will hold a meeting at the Lihue Neighborhood Center tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.
This meeting is being called to address procedures used by the high school administration in regards to the former head coach Keli‘i Morgado. It is open to the public and will follow an open-forum format to discuss the “No Tolerance” policies to which the coaches are being asked to adhere to.
The members and parents have invited school officials such as the Kaua‘i High principal Linda Smith, vice principal Deron Doi, Kaua‘i Complex Superintendent Daniel Hamada, Department of Education’s Pat Hamamoto, athletic director Ross Shimabukuro and Kaua‘i Interscholastic Federation president Bill Arakaki. An invitation to attend has also been sent to the Mayor’s office.
