The Lihu‘e Pop Warner Association announced it is currently taking applications for the head coach position for the Midge Tackle Division.

County Recreation Department holds meeting
The County of Kaua‘i, Recreation Department will be holding an informational meeting for anyone interested in being a part of this year’s Age Group Track meets.
All Coaches are urged to attend. This meeting will be held at the Recreation main office lobby in Lihu‘e (Piikoi building-former GEM store) located directly across the Lihu‘e Post Office this Tuesday starting a 7 p.m.
The 2007 Age Group Track Meet is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 28, for ages 6 to 7 years old and 12 to 13 years old. On Sunday, April 29 for ages 8 to 9 years old and 10 to 11 years old. Both events will start at 2 p.m.

KHS announces volleyball signups
Kaua‘i High School will have its varsity and junior varsity informational sign up meeting, next Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the school’s library.
Tryout dates, summer schedule and the program’s philosophy will be answered there. Parents will learn what will be expected of them for the Kaua‘i Challenge tournament and other activities planned for the summer and season should their daughter be selected for the junior varsity and varsity teams.
