David Hubbard wins in Japan
Kaua‘i’s Dave Hubbard took two body boarding titles earlier this month at the Kisakihama Clean Beach Cup that was held in Miyazaki, Japan. Hubbard was the only foreign contestant on hand and advanced though ther rounds into two finals. Hubbard
