“Slimetime” for all kids age 4 through the fifth grade is a new feature of Family Fun Night this year, said Penny Ono of the Lihu‘e Missionary Church.
Family Fun Night is the church’s third annual event and will run from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Halloween night, at the Kaua‘i War Memorial Convention Hall.
Admission is free, although Young said this year people are encouraged to bring at least two items of canned or boxed food to help support the Kaua‘i Food Bank.
The event offers an amazing night of great food, fun, music, costumes, bounce houses and candy.
In addition to the “Slimetime,” which will offer crazy games and booths with lots of candy being handed out, there will be a “Fun Zone” area for pre-school-aged children.
