For 22 years Luis Soltren has organized the community to donate toys for children at Christmas. It’s what Soltren calls his ‘Christmas give-away,’ where he throws a party for the children where Santa Claus hands out gifts. He works with both the Women’s Shelter and the Children’s Justice Center in order to reach children in dire need of holiday cheer.
