KALAHEO — Seniors ages 60 and older are invited to attend a membership drive and open house at Kalaheo Neighborhood Center.
The event will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, a county news release states.
Representatives from the Kalaheo Senior Center, the Kaua‘i Bus, Kaua‘i Economic Opportunity Inc., and the Alzheimer’s Association of Hawai‘i will be on hand to provide information about their programs and to answer questions.
The Agency on Elderly Affairs will be issuing senior identification cards and the Kaua‘i District Health Office will be doing blood pressure checks.
Entertainment will be provided by the Kalaheo Senior Ukulele Group.
Light refreshments will be served.
