Kapa‘a transfer station resumes normal operations
KAPA‘A —The Kapa‘a transfer station has resumed normal operations, officials announced Thursday. The facility is open daily from 7:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. except on holidays. For more information, call the Solid Waste Division at 241-4839.
