The final event of the 2010-2011 Hawai‘i Surfing Federation Kaua‘i season took place Saturday and Sunday at Kealia Beach. The final point totals will determine which Kaua‘i surfers will be heading to O‘ahu for the HSF state championships, taking place
The final event of the 2010-2011 Hawai‘i Surfing Federation Kaua‘i season took place Saturday and Sunday at Kealia Beach.
The final point totals will determine which Kaua‘i surfers will be heading to O‘ahu for the HSF state championships, taking place at Ala Moana Bowls.
Those state championship heats will take place over the weekend from May 5 to 7.
Kaua‘i surfers have participated in four different events throughout this surf season and compiled points based on their finishes in those events.
Those in the top group among their respective divisions will earn the invitation to O‘ahu to compete against the rest of Hawai‘i’s best.
