Kaumuali‘i Highway
Waimea — Single lane closures in alternating directions between Ala Wai Road and Waimea Canyon Drive, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Tuesday-Friday, for waterline installations.
Single lane closure in the westbound direction between the Pioneer Seed driveway entrance and Panako Road Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., for installation of a right turn lane at the Ala Wai Road intersection.
Lihu‘e — Shoulder lane closures in both directions between Ho‘omana Road and Anonui Street, 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Tuesday-Friday, for road widening.
The northbound outlet road of Kukui Grove between Macy’s and Kaumuali‘i Highway is scheduled to be closed until mid-2011 and then reopen.
There is a traffic pattern adjustment on Kaumuali‘i Highway between the Lihu‘e Mill Bridge and Nawiliwili Road. Traffic lanes will be shifted as part of the highway widening project. Motorists should take precautions while driving through area.
Kuhio Highway
Wailua (Continuous) — One lane of the Wailua Cane Haul Bridge is open to Northbound traffic as the cane haul bridge widening continues. One northbound lane and one southbound lane will be open at all times on the Wailua Bridge, except during morning rush-hour contraflow hours, Tuesday-Friday, 5:30-8:30 a.m., (work days include Furlough Fridays; do not include holidays).
Wailua — One lane of traffic, and possibly two, will be closed for night work between Haleilio Road and Leho Drive for work at Kuamo‘o Road in Wailua, 9 p.m.-5 a.m., Monday-Friday, for new traffic signals.
Lihu‘e — Single- lane closure on Kuhio Highway in the northbound direction between Walmart Access Road and Kuene Road, for work at Eha Street intersection Tuesday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and Monday night- Friday morning from 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. for traffic signal, utility, and sidewalk improvements.
Kapa‘a — Single lane closures on the Kapa‘a Bypass Road in alternating directions from the south entrance near the north end of Papaloa Road (across the Coconut Marketplace), to the Kapa‘a Roundabout on Olohena Road Tuesday-Friday for pavement marking, striping and guardrail work.
Waimea Canyon Drive
Waimea — Single lane closures in alternating directions between Kaumuali‘i Highway and Haina Road, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Tuesday-Friday, for waterline installations.
Halewili Road
‘Ele‘ele—Single lane closures on Halewili Road in the westbound direction between Kaumuali‘i Highway and Huehu Road, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Tuesday-Friday, for sewer installations and intersection improvements.
Waialo Road
Single lane closures in both directions between Kaumuali‘i Highway and Port Allen Boat Harbor Road on Tuesday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m., for sewerline installations and intersection improvements.
