The Contractors Association of Kaua‘i is awarding scholarships to eligible Kaua‘i residents pursuing a degree in a construction industry field of study.
The deadline for scholarship applications is May 1.
Applications can be picked up at any high school senior counselor’s office or the Kamehameha School, Kaua‘i Regional Office. Forms are also available at the association’s office located on Ahukini Road next to Jack Harter Helicopters.
Up to $8,000 in scholarships will be awarded by the association later this summer.
The association will host the 20th Annual Contractors Association of Kaua‘i Home Show, presented by First Hawaiian Bank, on April 20 and April 21.
The organization was established in 1957 as a trade association of licensed contractors, suppliers and businesses affiliated with the construction industry on Kaua‘i. The association is also affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders.
