To answer the question of when is Anahola and when is Kapa‘a, Sandy DeFries of the bright yellow DeFries Lunchwagon said the wagon is in Anahola on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and at the Lihi park (Kapa‘a Small Boat Harbor) on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays — just look for the shave ice sign along the highway. Malia DeFries is supposed to get a new lunchwagon in January at which time they’ll be full-time at both Anahola and Kapa‘a.
