Temporary closure at Garden Isle Disposal, Inc. Tuesday

LIHU‘E – Garden Isle Disposal’s recycling processing facility at Nawiliwili Harbor will be temporarily closed on Tuesday and Wednesday to accommodate the installation of a new baler, according to county officials. Commercial entities that use GID’s facility to drop recyclables

Commercial entities that use GID’s facility to drop recyclables should hold their materials until after the closure, or deposit items at the Kaua‘i Resource Center in Lihu‘e on Tuesday as the Kaua‘i Resource Center is closed on Wednesdays.
