Sandy Poehnelt of the Right Slice is heading into a very busy week starting with Flavors of Kukui‘ula Wednesday followed by the Zonta Club of Kaua‘i Eat Dessert First, Friday, and then, what’s on Saturday?
She was busy helping some people who traveled 9,000 miles for some pie after reading about it in a magazine, and her Pie Baker Jan Mira even had time to show off some special football-shaped Pie Pops.
Sandy said The Right Slice will started serving quiches on Fridays and Saturdays only, following the successful testing. The quiches are available after 3 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, until they run out.
