Should Councilmember Arthur Brun resign his seat?

A. Yes. While he's innocent until proven guilty he can't do his job from behind bars.
B. No. He’s not yet been convicted of any wrongdoing and doesn’t have to step down.
C. No. But his pay should be suspended until he can be an active member of the council again.
