How should the Kauai Bus system be improved?

A. Spend the county proposed $160,000 to increase the frequency of stops and amp up weekend hours.
B. Add more stops and keep the hours the same on the weekends and holidays as weekdays, no matter the cost.
C. Leave the service the same.
