Do drivers on Kauai go too fast?

A. Yes. They rarely obey the speed limit, and if you do go the speed limit, someone is sure to tailgate.
B. No. If anything, they drive too slow, which causes more problems than speeding.
C. Can’t really say, but they’re no different than the tourists.
