Medical assistant students on Maui study electronically via KCC
In order to address a shortage of medical assistants on Maui, the University of Hawaii Maui College and Kauai Community College have launched a partnership to graduate medical assistants on Maui.

Astronomy, music and more are on the horizon
Dr. Michael Hannawald will offer an intensive astronomy course at Kauai Community College, including labs, for the six-week period of June 12 to July 25.

The University of Hawaii Sustainability Summit will be livestreamed from the Big Island on Thursday and Friday in the lobby of the Kauai Community College Learning Resource Center.
KCC offers 2 concerts this week
The Kauai Community College musical instrumental ensembles will present two concerts this week, the first on Tuesday at 7 p.m., at the Kauai Veterans Center, with the Jazz Ensemble & Wind Symphony, and the second on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Kapaa Missionary Church, with the Symphony Orchestra.
