LIHUE — The Kauai Police Department (KPD) is notifying the public of alternative contact numbers following a temporary disruption in phone service Monday due to a network issue involving Hawaiian Telcom.
KPD encourages the public to note the following alternative numbers in case they experience difficulty reaching dispatch:
