KOLOA — Everyone is invited to celebrate the opening of La Vida Studio, located in the Koloa Village Shopping Center, on March 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Celebrants are invited to explore the new space, jump into a class, enjoy healthy food and drinks, and connect with the community. At noon, Kelvin Ho will perform a Hawaiian blessing to “officially welcome this new space for movement, wellness, and fun.”
“La Vida Studio was created with the vision of bringing people together through movement and meaningful connection,” said Taryn Rodighiero, founder of La Vida Studio. “We believe feeling good isn’t just about physical well-being — it’s about building community, creating meaningful connections, stimulating the mind, nourishing the soul, and embracing a sense of play.”
“Movement should be fun, uplifting, and something to look forward to,” Rodighiero said. “It is an honor to begin this new chapter surrounded by my community and loved ones for a Hawaiian blessing led by Kelvin Ho, symbolizing a fresh start and new beginnings.”
Located in the heart of Old Koloa Town in the Koloa Village Shopping Center, La Vida Studio is a wellness-driven space offering fitness classes, educational workshops, and community gatherings. Designed to inspire movement, connection, and balance, the studio welcomes all levels and encourages a holistic approach to well-being.
The Grand Opening celebration will feature free half-hour classes from 8:30 to 11 a.m. The classes offer participants an opportunity to experience La Vida’s unique fitness offerings. The Grand Opening will be celebrated in Open House Format, where celebrants can stop by anytime during the event to tour the space, meet the instructors, and get a feel for the studio’s welcoming atmosphere.
Additionally, celebrants are invited to shop the latest from Iwa Co Athletic Wear by browsing new collections from the locally-inspired, high-performance activewear brand.
Light refreshments will be available, including “conscious beverages and small bites” by Kauai Juice Co. and Kauai Ferments.
