LIHUE — Coaches and athletes interested in this year’s Mayor’s Youth Track Meet are encouraged to attend the coaches meeting on Thursday.
The Department of Parks and Recreation officials will be hosting the meeting at the Lihue Neighborhood Center at 6 p.m.
All kindergarten through fifth-grade athletes and their coaches from publicand private institutions as well as home-schoolers are invited to enter.
More information regarding dates, rules and applications will be discussed in Thursday’s meeting.
The Mayor’s Youth Track Meet is scheduled for April 5 at the Hanapepe Stadium and April 12 at the Bryan J. Baptiste Athletic Complex, and not at Vidinha Stadium.
